The collaboration manners between the client and the law firm are adjusted according to the interest of the client. We try to set out a price policy with each client that would best satisfy its / his / her requirements.

Fees for natural persons

• The fees will be set out according to the type, difficulty degree, complexity or duration of the case

Fees for legal persons

At the time of setting out the fees for legal persons, our law firm accepts the following fee payments manners:

• hourly fees
• ixed fees (flat-rate)
• subscription fee
• success fee

Hourly fee

The hourly fee is set out per working hour, this being a fixed amount set out in the contract that is invoiced by the Law Firm for each hour of attorney at law services that its representatives supply. In any circumstance in which travels are imposed for the Law Firm’s attorneys at law at the Client’s office or in another town different from Bucharest, invoicing the time thus consumed will be made according to the hourly tariff set out with the Client.

Fixed fee

The fixed fee (flat-rate) is comprised of a fixed lump sum for a determined attorney at law service or for categories of such attorney at law services that the Law Firm supplies. The assistance and the legal representation for the Client will be paid like this is the labor supplied if quantified from the beginning of the contract, specially in cases the Client is represented in any type of litigations before courts of law or arbitration authorities or any other administrative bodies.

Subscription fee

The subscription fee assumes paying the activities of the Law Firm according to a monthly subscription with attorney at law services included. This manner assumes concluding a contract for long periods. The Client will pay a fixed monthly fee for the attorney at law services packages set out prior or, as applicable, for ensuring a number of hours set out prior included in the subscription, followed of invoicing the additional hours according to the hourly fee manner. This collaboration form is preferable if the Client has in view to benefit at all times the legal consultancy in his / her / its current activities.

Success fee

The success fee is a fixed or variable amount (percentage) set out in common agreement with the Client and that will be paid at the time of reaching the result proposed. The success fee completes the fixed fee, being additional.

Expenses

Expenses: For developing the professional activity, the Law Firm can request covering the expenses made for the client’s best interest when these activities involve external costs – charges, expert fees, and travel fees – that will be borne by the client.
